You know how you see something that someone else has done and it makes it seem so much easier to do. I checked out my sister in law's blog last week and she and her family had done a gingerbread house for FHE. We saw one in the store last night, and I thought, "hey, that looks like fun. And if Natalie's little ones can do it, so can we!" Well, they must be super kids. I followed those directions to the "T". You put the frosting on to glue the house together and wait 15 minutes before you can decorate. I even set the timer. The roof would NOT stay on! It kept sliding down! I guess I will never be a great gingerbread house maker. Shoot.

So funny. At least you tried- that's all that matters. You must have had more frosting on there than we did. And by the way, did you get my message about Hali's money?
hahah so funny! we had the same thing happen to us!! my mom finally got the glue gun out and we glued it together and it STILL wouldnt stay!! haha cheapo gingerbread house
Hey we solved that problem by buying the one that was already assembled. It was a much funner time, especially with a 2 year old...
