I hate the preparations to make before hand. Especially, the laundry. I hate doing laundry everyday and the bane of my existence are SOCKS. More specifically, those that are missing it's match. I've found that most times I don't want to be bothered with finding it's match. So, those socks get thrown into "The Bin". That bottomless pit that all socks go into if it's match is not to be found. And when the kids have no socks left (cuz they are all in the bin and I'm too lazy to go through it on a regular basis), I buy more. Yep, I spend a small fortune on socks every other month.
We are in that I-have-no-socks-Mom phase and I've already spent so much on this trip, that I decided to find as many socks as I could including those in the bin and just wash them all, because I can't guarantee that they are all clean. This is what I ended up with: (I'm almost embarrassed to show this)
